Ant bit looks much better today although my entire left calf was itching like fiend.
DAY:
Geometry - Gah, stupid test. Nothing interesting today except that the guy doing the morning announcements really needs to slow down on the pledge. I mean, c'mon, it's the pledge of allegiance to the national flag of the Unites States of American. Gotta take your time, bud. And Sushma said that AWARE club is a community service club, but it turns out to be this U.S. Constitution club. Instead I'm doing HOPE, so I can get some hours in.
French - Ugh. I hate this class. It's so boring, and I'm falling behind on the work, especially that review poster we have to do. I'm like the only one that's not finished since I usually just sit there trying to think of things to draw and write.
English - I LOVE the kind of stuff we did today. I just hope we don't have to take another one of those learning style and career strength tests again when we have the counselor talk to us. There's only so many of those you can take before you want to go do something like eat a stick of butter to sedate yourself or whatever.
Math Team - Did Mrs. Teer ever tell us that Compass Bank guy's name? If you're going to introduce a person, especially someone who will be teaching soon and might end up as one of our future teachers, you need to specify a label.
Lunch - SO FREAKIN' COLD! It was twice as worse as Coach Segars's room because in his room, it's just cold, but in the cafeteria today, it was like full-out WIND.
Biology - Yeah, Joann should at least get credit for trying to contain herself when just down-right cracking up after watching me hole punch some paper. But really, Joann, it's just hole-punching...
Debate - I flowed so dang much, the muscles in the upper part of my right arm started getting sore, and I'm praying I don't get like carpal tunnel, or something like that, I forgot. Sumeet should really speak up more because he was practically whispering compared to Rusty, and he stumbled way too much when reading his case at the beginning. I could only catch the value premise and criterion, but none of the definitions--so I was kind of lost when Rusty started yelling at him about his crappy definitions. But Sumeet became more consistant, so that was good. Hehe, I'm not really flowing like an outline with all the contentions, claims, warrants, impacts, and stuff labeled except for the value standard; I just take notes down with bullets. And I need to focus on a more legible penmanship.
Social Studies - Meh. Humanism is cool, and maybe when I have time, I'll re-read the Philosophy of Humanish because that book is extremely informational and logical, even if it is one of the most boring books I've ever read.
